Partner, Director of Legal Affairs
Allan Beach is a co-founder and partner of the Westney Group Inc., a Canadian private equity group based in Toronto. He is a former partner of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, with over 30 years of legal experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, tax advantaged structures and general corporate finance. Allan has particular experience in the creation and operation of public labour-sponsored venture capital corporations, domestic and offshore structured finance entities, commodities, derivatives and hedge funds, limited partnership syndications, registered tax shelters and other government incentive financing.

Allan has been a member of the Roundtable Advisory Council since inception of the firm and has been a director of a number of public companies and venture capital funds throughout his career. He holds a BA in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Waterloo and an LLB from the University of Toronto.


President/Owner, Buckingham Capital
Richard Boxer is President of Buckingham Capital Corporation, a Canadian merchant bank since 1992. Buckingham has been involved in over $1 billion in equity or debt financings, as either an agent or a principal. Most have involved early stage Canadian companies in both private and public markets including AlarmForce Industries Inc. and Falls Management Company (Fallsview Casino Resort).

Prior to Buckingham, Richard was president of a Canadian-based manufacturing company. His governance experience includes serving as director of a number of TSX and TSX Venture Exchange-listed companies and not-for-profit organizations such as the Toronto Public Library, the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute and the Canadian Paraplegic Association. He currently holds a number of public and private equity investments.

Richard holds a BA degree from Queen’s University an MBA from York University and earned his CA designation in Toronto with Ernst and Young.


Senior Managing Director, Raymond James Ltd.
Graham has been in the investment business since 1992, and is currently a Managing Director at Raymond James Ltd. He has been actively involved in numerous financings and advisory assignments for clients including Research in Motion, CanWest Global, Celestica, BCE Inc., and Tundra Semiconductor.

For the past seven years, Graham has worked as an Equity Capital Markets Professional responsible for transaction origination, structuring, and execution. Prior to joining Raymond James Ltd. he served as Director for Merrill Lynch Canada.

He holds an Economics Degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Business Degree from the London School of Economics.


Edward is a Chartered Accountant and consultant specializing in Real Estate and Business Related issues. His strategic thinking and industry experience has helped create financial value for his clients who have realized approximately $100 million in value through his services. His real estate background includes positions at Cadillac Fairview and Sun Life where he managed a diversified commercial real estate portfolio of 20 million square feet. He has provided professional, independent, real estate and financial services to both corporate and public entities.

Edward is the past President of Hope for Children Foundation – a foundation that supports youth in care at the Catholic Children’s Aid Society and in their pursuit of post secondary education. It awards approximately 75 scholarships annually.

Edward is Irish, lived in Rhodesia for many years, and is proud to call Canada home for almost 30 years.


Chairman, Rogers Communications Inc.
Edward Rogers is the representative controlling shareholder of Rogers Communications. Mr. Rogers is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Rogers Communications Inc. and is Chairman of the Finance Committee, Chairman of the Nominating Committee and Chairman of the Executive Committee. He is also Chairman of the Rogers Bank, Chairman of The Toronto Blue Jays and is on the Board of Directors of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, CableLabs and The Toronto Sick Kids Foundation.

Mr. Rogers served on the Economic Council of Canada from 2010 to 2013. The Council served at the pleasure of the then federal Finance Minister, Jim Flaherty. The Council’s mission was to provide insight on the federal budget and the state of the economy.

After graduating from the University of Western Ontario, Mr. Rogers spent three years with Comcast Corporation, then a U.S. cable and cellular company, out of Philadelphia, U.S.A. His U.S. experience covered sales, marketing, new product development and strategic planning.


President, Distribution Kebechem Inc.
Neil is an independent business professional and entrepreneur living in the Eastern Townships of Quebec. He is the co-founder and President of Kebechem, an industrial piping distribution company and founder of Afflu-O, an import business based in Quebec. He is also an equity partner of Roundtable. His work experience includes banking with TD Bank as well as import/export experience through his family business. Neil is well traveled having lived and worked in Scotland and France. Neil is a trustee of several family trusts, and is a director on the board of a number of charities. He also has a number of public and private equity investments. Neil holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.


Chief Venues & Operations Officer
Nick Eaves is the Chief Venues & Operations Officer at Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment where he is responsible for overseeing operations, venue development and construction and MLSE’s music and live events business. A veteran in the sports and entertainment industry, Nick was formerly President and CEO of Woodbine Entertainment Group. Over his 20-year tenure at Woodbine Entertainment Group, Nick held several senior positions including President and Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Development.

He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Woodbine Entertainment and on the Board of Big Brothers and Big Sisters in Toronto. He is also on Tourism Toronto’s Board of Directors and serves as Chair of the Finance & Audit Committee and member of the Governance Committee. Nick holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario.
