Roundtable is registered with the Ontario Securities Commission as an Exempt Market Dealer, Portfolio Manager and Investment Fund Manager. The firm organizes and distributes a series of pooled Roundtable funds and a number of limited partnerships, which are sold via private placement (collectively, the “Roundtable Funds”).
