Jim Allan is the Chairman and co-founder of Roundtable Capital Partners Inc., and is the President of Roundtable Asset Management, Ltd. He is responsible for the overall investment and trading decisions that affect mandates under Roundtable's direction and serves as the lead portfolio manager to the Roundtable Funds.

Geoff Spidle is the President and co-founder of Roundtable Capital Partners Inc. He is responsible for overall business operations with his primary focus on client communications and business development with individual, institutional and family office investors. Geoff is also the Chief Compliance Officer of the firm. Additionally, he is registered as a Director of the Roundtable Growth Fund, Ltd. based in the Cayman Islands.
Prior to Roundtable, Geoff was Vice President of Business Development with a boutique, Toronto-based asset management firm where he worked closely with Jim Allan from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, he was a partner with private ventures in Bermuda and Montreal. Geoff is a member of the Board of Governor's of Appleby College and is a Trustee of the Appleby College Foundation in Oakville, Ontario.

Peter is a principal of Roundtable Capital Partners Inc. and is responsible for business development and client communications, focusing on private clients, foundations and family offices. Initially, he was part of the Roundtable Advisory Council before joining the team as an officer and was instrumental in the early marketing of the firm. His focus is to work closely with a limited number of relationships and provide the highest standard of service to our valued client base.
He joined Roundtable Capital Partners in 2007 and prior to that he was Vice President of JJ Barnicke Ltd. in Toronto. His focus in the commercial real estate business was portfolio leasing where he represented the interests of some of Canada’s leading corporations. Prior to J.J. Barnicke Ltd, he worked at Meredith & Grew in Boston for 4 years in a similar capacity.
Edward is a portfolio manager at Roundtable and responsible for the management of the Roundtable Funds as well as the firm’s separately managed accounts. His research includes site visits, meeting with company management and the construction of financial models. Edward joined Roundtable in 2009 and has become an instrumental member of the team.

Amit is an Associate Portfolio Manager at Roundtable. His responsibilities include analyzing various aspects of the firm's portfolios including profit attribution and risk metrics, as well as creating and updating portfolio models. Amit’s research focus includes fundamental analysis, meeting with company management teams, and communicating with sell side analysts.
